Your order is an offer to BeYourHappyPlace to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from BeYourHappyPlace, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the “Order Confirmation E-mail”). The Order Confirmation E-mail is acknowledgement that we have received your order, and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched the product to you 

Care

Please wash at 30 where possible but 40 is ok, do not bleach or tumble dry, due to wicking properties do not use fabric softner. Wash hoodies inside out to help protect the vynl and do not let the vynl touch the radiator when drying. Active wear remember the draw string is removeable and to tie them together before washing as they will pull out and possibly damage yor leggings, but if this happens dont worry you can thread the drawstring back through.

Postage

UK 48hr tracked postage is £3.50 and is usually dispatched within 1 day of order for any amount of leggings, UK postage is free for orders over £75

Royalmail will not consider a package lost until 10 working days after delivery due date, where we can then raise a claim for a lost item and if Royal Mail confirm non delivery we will then be able to refund / replace your order.

Worldwide delivery is available, if a postperson delivers to you, we will sort out sending it to you just contact us and we can find out shipping costs for you.
