What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery is £3.50 for 48hr tracked service.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Card payments can be made via Stripe and paypal, which is PCI Level I encrypted, and is used by millions of businesses around the world. All transactions are carried out directly by these companies any transactions are handled directly by their security and infrastructure.

How long will delivery take?

Any orders before 3pm we always endevour to dispatch them that day via 48hr tracked with royalmail, if not it will be the next day dispatch. .

Returns.

Orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery and should be unused, some custom ordered items are not covered under the distance selling rules (some hoodies , vests, t-shirts with custom printing), return postage is your responsibility. In the unlikely event of a faulty item (we only cover manufacturing faults) please email us (hello@beyourhappyplace.co.uk), as posting on the Facebook group is not guaranteed to be seen /get a response and is not classed as contacting us directly. Refunds can take upto 10 working days due to the current situation of mail being quarantined upon arrival due to medical shielding, however we will endeavour to process it as soon as possible.

Clothing care

We recommend washing items at 30c as this prolongs the life of the garment and also helps the environment, then left to hang dry. We do not suggest the use of fabric softener as this affects the moisture wicking properties especially with our Activewear.
